Payments are to be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your attendance.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend may result in the forfeiture of your session.
No refunds will be provided for clients who do not attend (no-show) their scheduled appointment.
For appointments scheduled more than 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule through the link provided in the confirmation email you received upon booking.
